Lamar Odom Holds No Grudges Against Big 3 League

Lamar Odom was set to make his basketball comeback in Ice Cube’s Big 3 league that rounds up the best retired and international basketball players to tour around the country playing games. Lamar was kicked off of the team because he wasn’t up to the league’s standards yet but he has no bad blood with the team or the head honchos.

Not only is the former KUWK star taking the loss in stride, but he is hopeful to play in the future even if it’s not on the famous league.

TMZ caught up with the athlete who told them: ‘It’s over. I wish them well, all the success and blessings to Ice Cube and anybody that has anything to do with the BIG3 … and I hope [my former team] the Enemies win.’

This comes after Lamar claims that he was completely blindsided by the decision that resulted in him being dropped right before he was set to play in his hometown.

Odom shared an Instagram post that read, in part: ‘As most of you have heard, the @thebig3 decided to deactivate me for the remainder of the 2019 season. I respect @icecube & the other league executives, however, I am extremely disappointed with the way that this has been handled. Besides the embarrassment, it’s disappointing to read on IG that this decision had been made, especially without sharing it with myself or my manager. The Rhode Island game that is happening tomorrow was the game I have been looking forward to the most as many people know that this is where it all started for me.’

Even in his disappointment, Odom took time to acknowledge how groundbreaking the Big 3 is and thanked them for the opportunity.

The author has been quite the busy man. Besides having a best-selling book, Lamar has been heating things up in his relationship with Sabrina Parr.
